1TSKCOMNow it came to pass in the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah, that Sennacherib king of Assyria came up against all the defenced cities of Judah, and took them.

2TSKCOMऔर अश्शूर के राजा ने रबशाके की बड़ी सेना देकर लाकीश से यरूशलेम के पास हिजकिय्याह राजा के विरूद्ध भेज दिया। और वह उत्तरी पोखरे की नाली के पास धोबियोंके खेत की सड़क पर जाकर खड़ा हुआ।

6TSKCOMLo, thou trustest in the staff of this broken reed, on Egypt; whereon if a man lean, it will go into his hand, and pierce it: so is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all that trust in him.

6TSKCOMChathenjnja otakkolaaya misrayeemilallo nee aashrayichirikkunnathu; athu oruthan oonniyaal, avanre ullangkayyil tharechukollum; misrayeemraajaavaaya pharavon thannil aashrayikkunna evarkkum angane thanneyaakunnu.
6TSKCOMसुन, तू तो उस कुचले हुए नरकट अर्यात्‌ मिस्र पर भरोसा रखता है; उस पर यदि कोई टेक लगाए तो वह उसके हाथ में चुभकर छेद कर देगा। मिस्र का राजा फिरौन उन सब के साय ऐसा ही करता है जो उस पर भरोसा रखते हैं।
7TSKCOMBut if thou say to me, We trust in the LORD our God: is it not he, whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away, and said to Judah and to Jerusalem, Ye shall worship before this altar?
7TSKCOMBut if you tell me, ‘We trust in Yahweh our God,’ isn’t that he whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah has taken away, and has said to Judah and to Jerusalem, ‘You shall worship before this altar?’”

7TSKCOMफिर यदि तू मुझ से कहे, हमारा भरोसा अपके परमेश्वर यहोवा पर है, तो क्या वह वही नहीं है जिसके ऊंचे स्यानोंऔर वेदियोंको ढा कर हिजकिय्याह ने यहूदा और यरूशलेम के लोगोंसे कहा कि तुम इस वेदी के साम्हने दण्डवत्‌ किया करो?
8TSKCOMNow therefore give pledges, I pray thee, to my master the king of Assyria, and I will give thee two thousand horses, if thou be able on thy part to set riders upon them.

10TSKCOMAnd am I now come up without the LORD against this land to destroy it? the LORD said unto me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.

10TSKCOMक्या मैं ने यहोवा के बिना कहे इस देश को उजाड़ने के लिथे चढ़ाई की है? यहोवा ने मुझ से कहा है, उस देश पर चढ़ाई करके उसे उजाड़ दे।।
11TSKCOMThen said Eliakim and Shebna and Joah unto Rabshakeh, Speak, I pray thee, unto thy servants in the Syrian language; for we understand it: and speak not to us in the Jews’ language, in the ears of the people that are on the wall.
11TSKCOMThen Eliakim, Shebna and Joah said to Rabshakeh, “Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, for we understand it; and don’t speak to us in the Jews’ language in the hearing of the people who are on the wall.”

11TSKCOMतब एल्याकीम, शेब्ना और योआह ने रबशाके से कहा, अपके दासोंसे अरामी भाषा में बात कर क्योंकि हम उसे समझते हैं; हम से यहूदी भाषा में शहरपनाह पर बैठे हुए लोगोंके सुनते बातें न कर।
12TSKCOMBut Rabshakeh said, Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?
12TSKCOMBut Rabshakeh said, “Has my master sent me only to your master and to you, to speak these words, and not to the men who sit on the wall, who will eat their own dung and drink their own urine with you?”

12TSKCOMഅതിന്നു രബ്-ശാക്കേ: നിന്റെ യജമാനനോടും നിന്നോടും ഈ വാക്കു പറവാനോ എന്റെ യജമാനൻ എന്നെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു? നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടി സ്വന്തമലം തിന്നുകയും സ്വന്തമൂത്രം കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്‍വാൻ മതിലിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന പുരുഷന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കൽ അല്ലയോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
12TSKCOMAthinnu rab-shaakke: ninre yajamaananotum ninnotum ee vaakku paravaano enre yajamaanan enne ayachirikkunnathu? ningalotukooti svanthamalam thinnukayum svanthamoothram kutikkayum chey‍vaan mathilinmel irikkunna purushanmaarute atukkal allayo ennu paranjnju.
12TSKCOMरबशाके ने कहा, क्या मेरे स्वामी ने मुझे तेरे स्वामी ही के वा तुम्हारे ही पास थे बातें कहने को भेजा है? क्या उस ने मुझे उन लोगोंके पास नहीं भेजा जो शहरपनाह पर बैठे हैं जिन्हें तुम्हारे संग अपक्की विष्ठा खाना और अपना मूत्र पीना पकेगा?
13TSKCOMThen Rabshakeh stood, and cried with a loud voice in the Jews’ language, and said, Hear ye the words of the great king, the king of Assyria.

15TSKCOMYahova namme nishchayimaayi vituvikkum; ee nagaram ashshoorraajaavinre kayyil elpikkayilla ennu paranjnju hiskeeyaavu ningale yahovayil aashrayikkumaaraakkukayum aruthu.
15TSKCOMऐसा न हो कि हिजकिय्याह तुम से यह कहकर भुलवा दे कि यहोवा निश्चय हम को बचाएगा कि यह नगर अश्शूर के राजा के वश में न पकेगा।
16TSKCOMHearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern;
